Cory has been a proud part of the Cook’s Barbershop team for years, even though she’s not a barber herself. She initially joined to handle phone calls, allowing the barbers to focus on their clients without interruptions. Over time, she has developed a deep appreciation for the personal connections she’s made with customers and enjoys hearing how much they value the welcoming atmosphere of the shop.

Outside of the barbershop, Cory loves spending time with her grandchildren, decorating for all occasions, walking, baking, and reading. She and her family also enjoy helping Paul with his cows—whether it’s branding, castrating, gathering the herd, or ending the day with a meal and laughter out on their property. For Cory, being part of Cook’s Barbershop and her family’s traditions brings joy and fulfillment.

She doesn’t like cameras but we were able to snag a recent enough photo from Taylor and Courtney. Hopefully they will live to cut another head of hair!
